GreenStreet LI Mission:

Upon learning of the GreenStreet LI initiative, we felt compelled to be associated with the effort for several reasons. First, for years, we have been advertising and educating our customers with the benefits of replacing lesser efficient products with new Energy Star rated products. These benefits range from saving up to 10,000 gallons of water with a new Energy Star washer to using up to 40% less energy with a new Energy Star dishwasher or refrigerator. We believe GreenStreet LI will help to raise the awareness of these benefits. In addition, the PC Richard & Son Company recycles and properly disposes of all “old” appliances and televisions we pick up from our customers homes. Most recently, we even promoted “Go Green Get Green,” which rewarded customers with a PC Richard & Son gift card, who brought in their old electronics for recycling and purchased a new one.

Being a Tri-State company “living on GreenStreet LI”, we are committed to do our part, as a good corporate citizen, to preserve the environment where we live.
